Blocked is a user level implemented on September 9, 2010. It has the level -3 (formerly held by Pending Closure) and is intended for holding accounts which claimed to be underage. Similar to the Locked user level, if the user does not contact an administrator and fix the situation within two months, the account is automatically closed.
