Locked, user level 2, allows users whose accounts have been hacked to lock them down through a feedback ticket to prevent further damage. Once an account is locked, the user must contact the administrators to have the account restored. If the user does not get their account unlocked within two months of the lock, the account will be automatically closed.

User Level 2 was formerly known as "User Suspended".
