That's Ricky Tan?

"That's Ricky Tan?" is a topic title fad that constantly appears on either the Movies: At The Theater or Movies: Video and DVD boards. It comes from the movie Rush Hour 2, in which Detective James Carter, played by Chris Tucker, sees the movie's villain, a Triad boss named Ricky Tan, and says "That's Ricky Tan? That's a midget in a bathrobe". The topic will be titled "That's Ricky Tan?" with the first post saying "That's a midget in a bathrobe". This is followed by a series of quotes from Rush Hour, and in some topics from numerous other movies as well. This topic would eventually vanish only to be replaced by another, and as of today it still pops up every now and then.
