The Elite Message Board on GameFAQs is one of many level-based social boards. To access this board, users must have at least 700 karma. The Board is known mostly for its Elite Mansion and the Elite Games, but it has several other games and Karma topics. New members and visitors of The Elite are typically greeted more kindly than they are greeted at the other level-based boards.

The Elite Mansion

The Elite Mansion is a series of social topics created and maintained by The Kyster 07. The mansion is infinite and supposedly holds anything one can imagine. The Kyster 07 regularly scans The Elite for new users and gives all of them a pass to the Elite Mansion. He also holds gatherings and prepares feasts for holidays. The topic is currently in its fourth edition.

The Elite Games

The Elite Games is a series of games typically 30 days in length. The exact format is dependent on the host, but the games are typically a combination of luck, skills, and knowledge. Points and/or items are awarded after each day's game. The player with the most points at the end wins that edition of the Elite Games and earns the right to host the next set. The Elite Active Poster Game

This game was created by Starkin Warrior. Participants are to post once per day. The Eastern time zone (GMT-5 or GMT-4, depending on the time of year) is used for time tracking purposes. Every day a participant posts, (s)he will earn one point. In addition, posts 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 award bonus points - 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. Traditionally, the host of the game refrains from competing but updates the score frequently - usually after the bonus points have been awarded. So far, no winner has rejected hosting the next round.

In Round 12, SuperSonic2002 added a 1337 Diamond Bracelet to the game which would be passed to a new player only if that player has won more rounds overall than the current bracelet holder. It was retroactively given to downtime and Mikeaspike4 for their being the first to 1 and 2 wins, respectfully. With 4 total wins, SuperSonic2002 is the current holder of the bracelet.
